CPC On-Demand is available anytime and anywhere!

Ohana Coding is proud to offer an independent learning CPC course. Our program uses the Professional Medical Coding Curriculum (PMCC), enhanced with exclusive material developed by Ohana Coding. This comprehensive class covers essential exam-taking techniques and real-world coding scenarios to ensure you are fully prepared.

 

The On-Demand format offers maximum flexibility, providing students with access to all course materials for 12 months. The class includes not only presentation videos but also pre-recorded sessions of the instructor teaching in a classroom environment, giving you the experience of sitting in the front row.

 

We are confident this class will equip you with all the necessary information to successfully pass the AAPC exam.

Hours of education: 80.  Our CPC education is valid for the 80 hour education requirement for one step in removing the Apprentice 'A' from the 'CPC-A' credential.

CPC on-demand students are provided with three hours of one-on-one sessions with a CPC-I (Certified Professional Coder-Instructor), to be scheduled between the instructor and student.  The sessions are used to clarify any questions and review notes to prepare for the exam.

Tuition includes a CPC textbook, homework assignments, and a 100 question mock exam.  Students are provided with a 50+ question practice exam and webinar for each of the 20 chapters.

CPC examinees must be a current member of AAPC, however, membership is not required to participate in class.

Required books for 2025 classes, not included: 2025 CPT, 2025 ICD-10-CM, and 2025 HCPCS​.

Coding books are available here to purchase from our online store. Ebooks are now allowed on AAPC exams. However, at this time the Ebooks are built into the exam program so no highlights or notes will be available if you go with that option. Full details can be found here.

Our AAPC License allows us to provide discounts on the AAPC membership and Exam prices.

Online Exam - The AAPC's CPC exam is normally $499 but we can offer a student discount making it $475 for 2 attempts at the test. Students can register directly on the AAPC Website or through the Ohana Coding website store here.

The exam is offered online at your home/office or onsite at Meazure learning test centers. Locations for Meazure testing sites can be found here.
