Ohana Coding is excited to offer a 4 hour Clinical Documentation Improvement workshop! On Saturday, December 8th, 2018, from 10:00am-2:15pm Eastern, attend this high quality class at a low price....$50! Attendees will learn how to review outpatient documentation for accuracy to support coding, quality measures, and clinical requirements. In addition, provide feedback to providers to improve clinical documentation and facilitate ongoing documentation improvement to meet all requirements of the medical record. Included will be case scenarios worked out during the workshop.
Live from the comfort of your home or office via GoToWebinar. Attendees will be able to submit questions during the class and via e-mail until midnight EDT on Sunday, December 9th, 2018. An e-mail will be sent to all attendees on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 with the answers to all submitted questions.
Attendees must log-in for the entire class to earn the 4 AAPC CEUs. Class includes one 15 minute break.
